RHODOHYPOXIS

Small, corm-like rootstock that produce an abundance of beautiful flat flowers to 10cm high. Hardy outside in drier areas but must be sheltered from excessive winter rainfall whilst they are dormant, in a free draining, rich lime free soil. They give a succession of flowers from early May to the end of July. In wet areas we would recommend growing in pots, protected through winter dormancy in a cold greenhouse.
