Hepatica acutiloba

Usually, beautiful large white flowers, very occasionally pink or blue, distinct pointed leaves. Similar but larger than H. nobilis. Native to woodlands of east coast USA.

Our central European species with mottled three-lobed leaves & numerous starry mainly blue but sometimes pink flowers on 10cm stem. A hardy, long lived plant that improves with age.

Hepatica transsilvanica
